Golf is an outdoor sport that has inherent in it’s play a possibility of loss, damage, injury or death. As a sport played outside hazards include but are not limited to; trip fall from wet grass or uneven ground, being struck by a ball in flight, hit with a club in play, struck by lightening, bitten by animal/rodent/insects, punctures and bumps and abrasions from low sharp tree branches physical exhaustion, dehydration, heat stroke, damage to vehicles, parked or moving, from ball strikes, forgetting or loosing personal equipment or other personal property on the course or property.
We strive to provide an adequate measure of instruction, information and forewarning as to the proper cautions for each player’s abilities, and offer in writing both here and at the course that “ALL PRESENCE AND PLAY ARE AT THE GUEST’S OWN RISK , AND WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST ITEMS, DAMAGED VEHICLES,AND OR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH”
